Basic Aesthetics Hands-On Training

Program Highlights:

1. Facial Treatments

  • Basic facials (cleansing, exfoliation, and hydration).
  • Deep cleansing facials for acne-prone skin.
  • Manual extractions.

2. Facial Massage

  • Effleurage, petrissage, and tapotement techniques.

3. Waxing – Hair Removal

  • Facial waxing (brows, upper lip, chin).
  • Body waxing (arms, legs, underarms).

4. Galvanic Machine Use

  • Desincrustation to prepare the skin for extractions.
  • Iontophoresis to help product penetration.

5. High-Frequency Machine

  • Use of high-frequency for post-extraction treatment and to reduce bacteria and inflammation.

6. Skin Analysis

  • Identifying skin types and conditions.
  • Proper use of a magnifying lamp (loupe).

7. Steamer Use

  • Preparation of the skin for facials and extractions.

8. Makeup Application

  • Basic Makeup Application

9. Sanitation and Setup

  • Setting up a workstation.
  • Cleaning tools and maintaining a hygienic environment.

Please note, while the curriculum includes a strong theory foundation in skincare, advanced treatments like chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and LED therapy are not part of Basic Aesthetics training.
